Leading By Example Is The Only Way


As we navigate our own journeys to become a FORCE to be reckoned with, one common challenge we all face is how to help those close to us embark on their own path to better health. It’s not just about wanting more for ourselves; it's about wanting more for our loved ones, too.


We’ve all been there. We start doing the work and reaping the benefits. We feel better, we look better, our confidence goes through the roof, and all we want is to bottle that up and share it with the people we love the most. 

The Ripple Effect of Doing The Right Thing


But here’s the catch: no matter how much we wish we could, we can't just will someone else to TRAIN HARD. Change is personal, and it's a decision that each individual must come to on their own terms. I’ve learned this the hard way, but it’s still a question I get all the time:


" How can I inspire those around me to take better care of themselves? "


The answer is simpler than you might think: be the change you wish to see.


It’s not about preaching or trying to convert everyone around you to your way of living. You can’t strong-arm someone you love into training with you or eating the same foods you eat. That never ends well. Instead, YOU have to embody the principles of TRAIN HARD with such unwavering commitment that you become a living testament to the benefits of NEVER ZERO and everything we preach in this newsletter. 

Walking the Walk


Make no mistake; this isn’t an overnight transformation for those around you. This stuff takes time, but that is ok. By choosing the nutritious meal over the easy one, TRAINING HARD every day, finding healthy ways to manage stress, and ensuring you’re well-rested and well-hydrated, you're doing more than just taking care of yourself. 


You're setting a standard. You're living proof that discipline in fitness and health is not just possible but incredibly rewarding.


Over time, your discipline won’t just impact you. It creates a ripple effect. People see the positive changes in your life, your energy, your mood, and your physical health. They notice, and it plants a seed of inspiration.


It may not happen immediately, but it will happen. Your actions, consistency, and results become the catalysts for change in others.


So, if you find yourself wishing you could help someone close to you start their health and fitness journey, remember: the best thing you can do is keep being an unwavering example of hard work, discipline, and consistency. 


TRAIN, PROTECT, and PROVIDE every single day, and NEVER LET YOUR MOMENTUM GET TO ZERO.
